Binding agreement
When submitting an entry to the contest, the participant agrees with the rules and regulations of the contest. Participant understands that MSI may use the information contained in the entry for marketing or other purposes. Decisions of MSI are final in all matters. MSI reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time in the event MSI becomes incapable of running the contest as planned. MSI reserves the right to change or edit the rules at any time without warning notice
Contest period
The Contest will run from November 10, 12:00PM CET 2010 to December 31, 12:00pm CET 2010. Submissions before or after the deadline will be rejected. Submissions will be available for review and voting between 'January 1st 12:00pm 2010 and January 14th 12:00pm 2010.
How to enter
Submissions can be attached to an email to: UEFIContest@msi.com. The submission must be in .JPG format at the resolution of 1024 by 768 pixels in 32 bit color. There is no limit on the amount of submissions participants can send in. All submissions will become the intellectual property of MSI through the contest. Participants may not claim ownership afterwards. MSI cannot be held responsible for any transmission malfunction that would prevent the submission to officially be received by MSI. Submissions will not contain copyrighted material or materials of which others may claim ownership, offensive material (MSI's judgment) or defamatory to any third party.
Winners
The name of the winner will be announced on Monday, December 20th on this website and through personal notification. MSI is responsible for sending the prizes and the shipping fee, winners responsible for import-tariffs and additional (import) taxes.
